Your subscription allows access to the entire Solitude Yoga library that includes 250+ classes of all levels, lengths and intensities; simply filter through the catalog to find exactly what you're looking for.
You can invest either monthly or annually with the option to easily cancel anytime.

I personally found my love for yoga after moving from Berlin (Germany) to Cape Town (South Africa) & deepened my practice with locating to the semi-desert region of the Karoo.
Living off-grid & being fully immersed in natural, untouched surroundings created the space for a growing practice in peace - in solitude - that deepened a connection with myself.
I truly believe that movement can be a great gateway to a (lifelong) practice. Exploring the physical body has the potential to unlock pockets within & become aware of inner layers as well as all the corners of a yoga practice.
I love to keep a playful approach to movement by constantly exploring, mixing different styles, having fun in transitions & shapes, sometimes detaching from labels, names & rules.
